By proceeding with our quotation for the work you’ve requested, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Contractual obligations of both parties

1.1. RPZ Valve Testing Limited shall complete the services in accordance with the current WRAS Approved installation methods. All our engineers are accredited RPZ valve testers who are able to carry out work or test an RPZ valve (type BA device).

1.2. The Customer shall notify RPZ Valve Testing Limited of all site specific requirements prior to the commencement of work. The contact name on site and their contact phone number must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the date the work is booked for.

1.3. A provisional site attendance date to carry out the work can be provided by RPZ Valve Testing Limited upon request. However, the test date can only be confirmed by RPZ Valve Testing Limited on receipt of an official Purchase Order from the Customer.

2. Quotation and Invoicing

2.1. The provided quote is based on the service required, the number of valves, their type and location, as per the initial instruction received from the Customer. Any changes to the number of valves, their type or their location would require a new quote.

2.2. The Customer agrees to pay all fees and charges invoiced from the Company within 30 days following the month end following the date of the relevant invoice.

2.3. Where a Customer has not paid in full any invoiced sum after 60 days following the month end when the invoice is dated, a late payment fee with a minimum of £50 +VAT per month or part month will become due to the Customer.

3. Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that RPZ Valve Testing Limited are unable to carry out the contracted work on the agreed date, an alternative date will be provided.
• If the customer cancels the contract 48 hours prior to the agreed site attendance date, full charges stated on the original quotation will apply.

• If the work on the date of site attendance cannot be carried out by RPZ Valve Testing Limited for the reasons outside of RPZ Valve Testing Limited control, g. no access to site or the customer’s site contact is not present, or the site contact is unaware of the valve’s (or valves’) location, full charges stated on the original quotation will apply.
